This 3 day course offers an insight to the science of communication.

 NLP enables you to understand what makes you tick, how you think, how you feel and to make sense of the world around you.

The agenda will introduce you to the basics of NLP and give you tools you can go away with and use in your everyday, personal and business life.

Rep Systems

Eye Access Cues

Modalities and Sub-modalities – intro to Meta model & Milton model

 

Module 3

Meta Programs

Anchors – what they are and how we use them

Perceptual positioning

Meta Model including neurological levels

Presuppositions

 

Module 4 

Meta-model and change work (clean language questions)

Timelines – overcoming limiting beliefs and goal setting

Reframing – context and content reframes for clients and colleagues.

Outcome thinking for goal setting
